I love Marie James and all her amazing stories. We met Deacon in previous books, but now…now Marie gives us this amazing man. I loved every second of Deacon and his story.

Deacon gets sucked into his ex-wife’s drama. But it’s not his ex that we find he has amazing chemistry with. Nope, it’s her best friend Anna. Anna loves to hate Deacon. But there may be more tho that. These two have such amazing chemistry, there’s no denying their feels for each other. I loved how hard they fought it, but in the end, love wins.

I love this new series and I can’t wait for more from Marie. Check out this amazing story.
