I loved this heartbreakingly beautiful story. This is the story of Linc and Sunny. Linc’s father is not a good man. Along with wealth comes hurtful words and actions. While by all appearance Linc has a good life, things are not as they appear. Sunny is just a great girl. She has such a sweet soul. She is the one bright thing in Linc’s otherwise dark world. When Linc does what he thinks is best to keep Sunny safe, he leaves behind his heart and a hurt girl.

Now 10 years later, Linc is back. Sunny has moved on and created a life for herself. The question is, can she get past the hurt from 10 years ago? Can she let him in again?

I loved every second of this story. I loved getting lost in Melanie Moreland’s story and her words. I loved everything about this book.
